The Report Card feature is a crucial tool for administrators and teachers to track, communicate, and evaluate students' academic performance. It captures and displays grades, test scores, and teacher comments, offering a comprehensive view of student progress. This feature seamlessly integrates with various system components, including:
- Gradebook: Retrieves grades from the gradebook.
- Student Profiles: Provides personalized data through student profiles.
- Parent Portal: Allows parents to access report cards.
- Teacher Portal: Facilitates report generation and review.
Additionally, the feature includes outcome objectives to evaluate if students are meeting specific learning goals and personal excellence standards.
- Reporting Period Name: Select from a dropdown menu to view report cards for different reporting periods. Multiple reporting periods can be available simultaneously.
- Teacher: Choose the teacher's name from a dropdown menu. Changing the teacher updates the student information displayed.
- Course: Select the course from the dropdown menu. If a teacher instructs multiple classes, all available classes will be listed. Changing the course updates the student information accordingly.
- School Year: This field is read-only and displays the current school year.
- Student: Choose “All” to view report cards for all students in the selected class or select individual students to view their specific report cards.
Proceed to Report Cards-Course after making the selections above.
