¶ Parameters 2
Parameters 2 serves as the control hub for setting system-wide values related to country and country code, school type, ethnicity, and attendance (including status and reason). This feature enables administrators to define, manage, and maintain key dropdown selections that are used throughout the system. By centralizing these parameters, it ensures consistent data entry and reporting across different sections.
¶ Managing the Parameters
- Navigate to Setup > Parameters 2.
- Select the tab of your choice.
- In Edit mode, click the + icon.
- Enter the new value in the editable fields.
- Click the trash button to delete an existing parameter.
- Check the Active checkbox to make the parameter available.
- Click Save to confirm changes.
