¶ Subject
The Subject tab is used to create and manage subjects that will be available for courses. Subjects created here will appear in both the School Courses and Master Courses tabs.
¶ Fields in the Subject Tab:
- Title/Name: The name of the subject.
- Code: A unique code identifying the subject.
- Comment: Optional comments or notes about the subject.
Subjects created here also influence how courses are scheduled. In the Schedule Builder, there is a setting to spread out courses of similar subjects across multiple terms. This ensures that students do not take too many courses from the same subject in a single term.
