¶ Master Courses
Master courses are intended to be district-level courses. The courses created in this tab will be available to all schools within the district. Therefore, this tab should be hidden from school-level users. Once courses are created in this tab, they will automatically appear at the top table of the next tab, Build Course Catalog.
¶ Master Course Mass Builder
The Master Course Mass Builder allows for the quick creation of multiple courses at once. For instance, if you need to create Math 1, Math 2, and so on up to Math 9, you could do it manually, or use the Mass Builder to speed up the process.
To use the Mass Builder:
- Create a record with the title of the subject, e.g., Math.
- Check the grade levels (e.g., 1–9) on the right-hand side.
- Click Create to generate the courses.
This feature simplifies bulk course creation across multiple grade levels.
