¶ Can Teach
The purpose of this tab is to configure the Schedule Builder feature. In order for the Schedule Builder to assign a teacher to a specific class, the system must know which courses each teacher is qualified to teach.
Note: If you do not plan to use the Schedule Builder, this tab does not need to be configured.
¶ How to Configure:
- Select a course from the top table.
- Select a teacher who is able to teach that course from the bottom-left table.
- Click the >> button to assign the teacher to the course.
- If a mistake is made, select the teacher in the right table and click the << button to remove them from the course.
This process ensures that the Schedule Builder has the necessary information to allocate teachers to the appropriate courses.
