¶ System Messages
The System Messages enables users to configure specified messages for email notifications relevant to various features. The features it provides messages for include Fees, Attendance, Setup Report Card,ESL Benchmarks, and Re-Enroll Summary.
This feature does provide generic templates to get a school or district started, however it is highly recommended that Administrative teams personalized their messages for features such as Fee Notifications, Report Card, and Re-enroll/withdraw reminder.
This system message displayed is the generic message for re-enroll or withdraw period reminder that will be sent by the ISMS system when the button "Send Message" is selected from the Office Re-enroll Summary feature. See below:

This second example of a system message is an edited Pre-Overdue Fee message that is automated by the ISMS. It is configured in System Configuration> Configuration> Fees Preferences screen:
