Getting Started
To begin using the Insignia Student Management System:
Open your school's ISMS URL in your browser.
You will see the Login Screen (example below).
Enter your unique login credentials to access the system.

Tips for Using the System

Navigator
The Navigator offers quick access to key functions across the system — designed for maximum efficiency with just three clicks.
On the left side, a list of modules is displayed.
Click a module to view available features within it.
¶ 🖥️ Windows Management
Each feature opens in its own window, allowing you to multitask easily.
- Use the Windows menu to:
- Switch between open windows
- Cascade them neatly
- Close all windows at once

Show Me
The Insignia Student Management System includes Show Me demos for all major tasks — quick video demonstrations with audio instructions to guide you.
▶️ To access a demo, simply click the Show Me button for the feature you want to learn about.
